In an effort to accommodate the scheduling needs of all of our patients we offer varying appointments in every office ranging from 7AM to 7PM Monday through Friday. Please contact the office for specific dates and times.

Which insurances do you accept?
Our providers participate with most of the major insurance companies.
Horizon BC/BS, Aetna, Oxford/United Healthcare, Cigna, Qualcare, St Barnabas Health care, Medicare

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and money orders, VISA, Amex and MasterCard
What do I need to bring for each of my visits?
You will be asked for your insurance card, driver’s license and co-pay. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being rescheduled. If you are new to the practice, please bring your completed paperwork downloaded from our website and any office notes or test results from your referring physician.
Why must I pay my co-pay at the time of my visit?
Patient, as well as provider, contracts with your insurance company mandates the collection of these fees at the time of service.
What happens if I'm late for my appointment?
Please contact our office at the first indication that you may be running late. We will make every effort to work with you however, please be advised that you may be asked to reschedule.
Does your office accept walk in appointments?
Office hours are by appointment only. Our receptionist will make every effort to schedule a time that works best for you.
Why does my bill come from Regional women's health Group?
Contemporary women's care is a division of regional Women's health Group. As such all of our billing is handled by our management company billing department. Billing questions please call 1800 355 0913

After Hours & Emergency Care
If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls that cannot wait for normal office hours, an on-call physician is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week by calling our regular office number.
Prescriptions are renewed during normal office hours. In some instances, we may require that patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal.
